Pittura Primal – Primal Painting
E’ diffusa l’idea che gli artisti sono i detentori della creatività e che sono gli unici ad avere il diritto e privilegio di esprimersi. Ma innanzitutto chi sono gli artisti? Coloro che sanno disegnare? Con la pittura primal scopriamo che la creatività è una qualità intrinseca all’essere umano indistinto, non un monopolio di eletti ed è una qualità alla quale abbiamo rinunciato crescendo. Spesso siamo stati castrati dai nostri educatori e senza accorgercene abbiamo rinunciato allo spazio dell’espressione. L’obiettivo della pittura primal è ricontattare la nostra sorgente pura d’energia e rievocare quella dimensione nella quale ci permettevamo tutto senza giudizio e con lo stupore ingenuo del bambino. Attraverso movimento, musica, esercizi guidati e interazione con l’altro arriveremo a liberare il potenziale creativo che è in noi, smuovendo blocchi emozionali che ostacolano il nostro fluire. It is widespread the idea that artists are the holders of creativity and the ones who have the right and privilege to express themselves. But first, who are artists? Those who know how to draw? In primal painting we discover that creativity is a quality of human beings, not a monopoly of elected ones. It’s a quality we have given up growing. Most probably we have been castrated by our educators and without realizing it we abandoned the space of expression. The goal of primal painting is to recontact that dimension where we allow everything without judgment and with the wonder of innocent child. Through movement, music and guided exsercises we will liberate the creative potential within us, stirring up emotional blocks that obstacle our flow. (Sahaja)

Se ti apri e accogli la persona che hai davanti scoprirai la sua bellezza, unica ed inimitabile. La persona che hai davanti non cerca di essere qualcun altro. E’ semplicemente se stesso/a. E’ lì a posare per te. Senza maschera. Osserva. Guarda i suoi occhi. Contemplala. Trasferisci sul foglio quello che senti. Non c’è bisogno di fare un ritratto verosimile. A quello ci pensano i ritrattisti accademici. Tu invece semplicemente ricevi e fidati del tuo intuito. Attraverso movimento, musica ed esercizi guidati, entreremo in contatto con le nostre qualità e quelle degli altri, che prenderanno forma e colore sulla carta. (Sahaja)
If you open up welcoming the person in front of you, you will discover his/her beauty, unique and inimitable. The one in front of you does not try to be someone else. He/she is just himself/herself. And he/she is there to pose for you. Without any mask. Observe. Look at his/her eyes. Contemplate him/her. Transfer to the paper what you feel. There is no need to make a realistic portrait. There are already the academic artists who are very skilled in doing it. Just receive and trust your intuition. Through movement, music and guided exercises, we will enter in contact with our qualities and those of others, which will take shape and color on paper. (Sahaja)

Autoritratto – Selfportrait
Un appuntamento con te. Un incontro intimo col tuo volto originario. Pittura come strumento di esplorazione e scoperta della tua interiorità. Non creazione di un ritratto ‘accademico’ bensì un ritratto esperenziale che rispecchi ciò che sei, con le tue fragilità, condizionamenti, radici, qualità. Esprimendo la tua unicità e autenticità accetti ed apprezzi la tua bellezza, espandendo l’accettazione verso te stesso. Non c’è nessun altro come te. La tecnica pittorica basata sul tatto e la sottrazione del colore, combinata con musica, movimento, interazione con l’altro ed esercizi guidati, ti metterà in contatto con la tua energia maschile e femminile e farà emergere il tuo io più profondo. An appointment with yourself. An intimate meeting with your original self. Painting as tool of exploration and discovery of your inner space. Not creation of ‘academic’ portraits, but experiencing portraits, reflecting who you really are, with your vulnerabilities, conditionings, roots, qualities. By expressing your unicity and authenticity you accept and value your own beauty, expanding acceptance towards yourself. There is no one else like you. The special technique, based on touching and using one colour, combined with music, movement, interaction with others and guided exercises, will get you in contact with your female and male energies and let appear your deepest identity. Non sei frutto del caso. L’esistenza ti ha voluto. Senza di te mancherebbe qualcosa. Tu sei l’unico che può essere come te. Sei originale. Non esistono copie. Sei inimitabile, non puoi negarlo. Hai la tua bellezza da scoprire. Sei completo assolutamente così come sei, con i tuoi difetti, le tue qualità. Non cercare di cambiarti. Sii semplicemente te stesso. Scopriti. (Sahaja)
You are not the result of chance. The existence wanted you. Without you something will miss. You are the only one who can be like you. You are original. There are no copies. You are unique, you can not deny it. You have your own beauty to be discovered. You are absolutely completed as you are, with your weaknesses, your qualities. Do not try to change you. Pittura nella Natura – Nature Painting
Piuttosto di imitare un bel paesaggio, restituiamo visivamente l’esperienza multisensoriale di essere avvolti dalla natura vivente. L’abbandono del cavalletto e della postura da paesaggista, dà a noi la possibilità di essere accolti, a piedi nudi, dalla Madre Terra. Riscoprendo con occhi nuovi ciò che ci circonda, ci sentiamo parte di un tutt’uno, torniamo all’origine, celebriamo la gioia dei sensi. Saranno gli alberi, le foglie, i fiori a guidarci nel viaggio di ritorno al sentimento selvaggio. (Sahaja)
Instead of imitating a beautiful landscape, we give visually the multisensorial experience of being surrounded by a living nature. The abandon of the tripod and the traditional painter-posture gives us the chance of being bare-foot welcomed by Mother Earth. Through new eyes we discover the surrounding and feel part of a whole, going back to the origin, celebrating the joy of the senses. Trees, leaves and flowers will guide us to the journey back to the wild sentiment. (Sahaja)

Pittura bambini e genitori – Children and parents painting
Nella Pittura Primal i bambini sono i maestri degli adulti. Osservandoli possiamo scoprire che la nostra creatività è stata limitata dall’educazione che abbiamo ricevuto. I bambini sono ancora in contatto con la fonte di energia creativa che non sente condizionamenti. Impariamo dall’osservazione dei bambini (esteriori…ed interiori) la libertà di esprimerci. L’obiettivo di questi laboratori è quello di dare supporto al gesto pittorico, senza giudizio e con lo stupore ingenuo del bambino. Attraverso movimento, musica ed esercizi guidati, libereremo il potenziale creativo che è in noi, smuovendo blocchi emozionali che ostacolano il nostro fluire. I genitori guardando i loro bambini dipingere impareranno la spontaneità dimenticata. (Sahaja)
In the Primal Painting children are teachers to adults. Watching them we may find that perhaps our creativity was limited by the education we received. Children are still in contact with the source of creative energy that does not feel conditionings. We learn from the observation of children (outward … and inward) the freedom to express ourselves. The goal of these workshops is to give support to the painting gesture, without judgment and with the child wonder. Through movement, music and guided exercises, we will free the creative potential within us, stirring up emotional blocks that hinder our flow. Parents could re-learn their forgotten spontaneity by watching their children painting. (Sahaja)

Laboratori Trasculturali – Transcultural Workshops
Il multicuralismo è una ricchezza del XXI secolo e i migranti, profughi e rifugiati sono membri preziosi per gruppi sulla crescita interiore andando a formare identità di larghe vedute. La nostra società liquida determina relazioni sempre più fluide e volatili che riconfigurano l’individuo andando a scardinare gli stereotipi e le certezze della cultura ed educazione di provenienza. Paradossalmente emerge in ognuno di noi il bisogno di riscoprire le proprie radici per ritrovare l’autenticità così da diventare identità arricchenti e aperte a mescolarsi con la diversità. Per andare verso l’altro dobbiamo partire da noi stessi, questo è il primo passo verso l’inclusione sociale. Riscoprire le proprie radici per creare il nostro cammino. (Sahaja)
Multiculturalism is the wealth of the twenty-first century and migrants, refugees and nomads are precious members for groups on inner growth, forming identities with open minds. Our liquid society determines ever more fluid and volatile relationship that reconfigures the individual by breaking down the stereotypes and beliefs of the original culture and education. Paradoxically, in each of us, the need to rediscover our roots and our authenticity emerges, so that we become enriching and open identities to mix with different diversity. To go to others we have to start from ourselves, this is the first step towards social inclusion. Rediscovering our roots in order to create our path. (Sahaja)
Lo straniero. Lo strano. Il diverso da noi. Fin da piccola sono stata attratta da culture diverse dalla mia. A diciannove anni feci il mio primo soggiorno di un anno oltreoceano che inaugurò la mia passione per il viaggio come ispirazione creativa, ricerca, studio e arricchimento. Divenni una globe-trotter. E’ il mio destino essere circondata da persone straniere, sia quando vado verso mete lontane, sia quando sto nel mio territorio. E’ come se fossi una calamita per un miscellaneous di nazionalità. In particolare la nazionalità giapponese mi segue sempre, o sono io a seguirla? Ho persino una cugina e dei nipoti acquisiti giapponesi nel mio albero genealogico. Credo anche di essere stata in un passato lontano anche una nomade perché quando incontro nuove persone, nuove terre e mi mescolo, mi sento a casa. Con l’integrazione ai diversi imparo costantemente a mettere in discussione le mie certezze, aprire gli orizzonti, andare verso, in poche parole crescere ed accrescere la mia creatività. Sarò sempre grata allo straniero. (Sahaja)
The stranger. The strange. The different from us. Since I was a child I have been attracted to cultures other than my own. At nineteen I had my first one-year stay overseas which inaugurated my passion for travel as creative inspiration, research, study and enrichment. I became a globetrotter. It is my destiny to be surrounded by foreign people, both when I go to distant destinations and when I stay in my own territory. It is like I am a magnet for a miscellaneous of nationalities. In particular, the Japanese nationality always follows me, or is it me who follows it? I even have a Japanese in-law cousin and nephews in my family tree. I also believe that in the distant past I was also a nomad because when I meet new people, new lands and mingle, I feel at home. By integrating with different people, I constantly learn to question my believes, open horizons, move towards, in short, grow and increase my creativity. I will always be grateful to the foreigner. Albero genealogico – Family tree
“Se non sai da dove vieni, non sai dove vai” ho scritto nel libro “La pittura delle radici” invitando a mettersi sulle tracce dei propri antenati affinché si capisca meglio da chi veniamo. E’ un processo di radicamento e liberazione. E’ prendere il giusto posto nel nostro sistema costellativo attraverso una pratica pittorica da me inventata. Attraverso una combinazione tra lo Star Sapphire Enerywork di Sagarpriya, la Metagenealogica di Jodorowsky, le costellazioni familiari di Hellinger, andremo a conoscere a livello energetico avi mai incontrati, includere i dimenticati e sciogliere nodi del passato per riappropriarsi della nostra unicità e andare verso il nostro cammino autentico. “If you don’t know where you come from, you don’t know where you’re going” I wrote in my book “The roots painting” inviting you to follow in the footsteps of your ancestors so that you can better understand who we come from. It is a process of grounding and liberation. It is taking the right place in our constellation system by a pictorial process invented by me. Through the combination of the Star Sapphire Energywork by Sagarpriya, Jodorowsky’s Metagenealogy, Hellinger’s family constellations, we get to know, on an energetic level, our ancestors who have never met, include the forgotten ones and we untie the knots of the past to take possession of our uniqueness and go towards our authentic path. Femminile e maschile interiori. The inner woman and man.
Esplorazione della polarità interiore. Ognuno di noi ha una energia maschile e una energia femminile ereditata dai genitori che a loro volta avevano una energia maschile e femminile. Quando siamo in relazione non siamo due persone bensì quattro! Entrare in contatto con le qualità e le caratteristiche della nostra polarità ci aiuta a conoscerci meglio. Stabilire un dialogo, un rispetto e una collaborazione fra le due parti è un’arte che possiamo paragonare a gestire una relazione di coppia. La nostra dinamica interiore si riflette all’esterno. Se andiamo in profondità dentro di noi, mettendo in dialogo la nostra polarità, anche le relazioni all’esterno ne saranno il riflesso. La tecnica applicata alla pittura è la Star Sapphire Energywork messa a punto da Sagarpriya Delong, un metodo per dare voce alle nostre due parti interiori. (Sahaja)
Exploration of inner polarity. Each of us has a masculine energy and a feminine energy inherited from our parents who had a masculine and feminine energy as well. When we are in relationship we are not two people but four! Getting in touch with the qualities and characteristics of our polarity helps us to get to know each other better. Establishing a dialogue, respect and collaboration between the two parties is an art that we can compare to managing a couple relationship. Our inner dynamic is reflected on the outside. If we go deep within ourselves, estabilishing a dialog between our polarity, the relationships on the outside will be the reflexion. The technique applied to the painting is the Star Sapphire Energywork developed by Sagarpriya Delong, a method to give voice to our two inner parts. (Sahaja)
Cerchi di creatività e cnv (linguaggio empatico) – Creativity and Non Violent Communication circles
“Le parole sono finestre oppure muri” dice Rosemberg Marshall, il fondatore della comunicazione non violenta. Il linguaggio giraffa, cioè empatico, ci mette in relazione diretta con l’ascolto di noi e degli altri al fine di stabilire rapporti più veri ed amorevoli. Le emozioni, i bisogni, le richieste ci aiutano a comunicare dal cuore la nostra verità che verrà ascoltata. Applicare la cnv al linguaggio visivo fa sì che questo tipo di comunicazione venga capita e memorizzata maggiormente in modo da renderci persone più consapevoli. La pratica del cerchio, forma democratica per eccellenza, usata da tutti i popoli del mondo dall’antichità ad oggi, dona di per sè empatia, ascolto, valorizzazione dell’individuo e inclusione. “Words are windows or walls,” says Rosemberg Marshall, the founder of nonviolent communication. The giraffe language, i.e. empathic, puts us in direct relationship with listening to ourselves and to others in order to establish truer and more loving relationships. Emotions, needs, requests help us to communicate our truth from the heart that will be heard. Applying nvc to visual language ensures that this type of communication is understood and memorized in order to make us as people more aware. The practice of the circle, a democratic form par excellence, used by all the peoples of the world from the past to now, in itself gives empathy, listening, valorization of the individual and inclusion.
